Refund Policy

1. 95% Deliverability Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our leads. If more than 5% of delivered leads are invalid (e.g., wrong contact info, non-existent), we will replace the invalid leads within 48 hours at no cost. If replacements are not possible, a refund will be issued for the proportion of invalid leads.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under these conditions:

• Non-delivery: If purchased leads are not delivered within 7 business days.
• Significant quality issues: If more than 20% of leads are confirmed invalid and replacements cannot be fulfilled.
• Cancellation before delivery: If you cancel your order before we begin processing, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Leads that have already been delivered and are within the 5% invalid threshold.
• Customized or exclusive lead packages created specifically for you.
• Bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or third-party payment gateway charges.
• Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, we refund in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate on the refund date.
