Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds

We stand behind the quality of our leads. If more than 5% of delivered leads are invalid (e.g., wrong contact info, non-existent), we will replace the invalid leads within 48 hours at no cost. If replacements are not possible, a refund will be issued for the proportion of invalid leads.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, we refund in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate on the refund date.
